PRIZES:
GRAND PRIZE:  $200, a write up in Southeast Hip Hop Magazine about winning the contest, and a quick guest spot on The Rush Radio.
SECOND PLACE PRIZE:  An interview or article in Southeast Hip Hop Magazine and in The Media Blast about you and your entry coming in 2nd Place.

STEP ONE

Download the Instrumental MP3 from the Southeast Hip Hop Spreaker at this direct link

STEP TWO

Record the track, and you MUST give a shout out to Mr. Boom Boom Bang (the songs producer) at the beginning of the track.  The song must be about smoking weed!  You are welcome to be as creative as you would like.  You can rap, singing, hum, chant, even perform a skit over the instrumental but the content has to be about weed.  It can be about smoking weed, how you feel about weed, a story about weed, a metaphor about weed, legalizing weed, the different uses of weed, whatever you think of concerning the topic you are welcome to add it to your individual remix to the song.  

STEP THREE

Record the song then either upload the song to Soundcloud, or YouTube ONLY OR send Mp3 to one of the e-mail addresses below if you don't have a Soundcloud or YouTube account.  Send the Mp3 to TheGiantBlast@gmail.com OR SoutheastHipHopMag@yahoo.com

A panel of industry professionals will decide which songs make it to the final round.

We will narrow the best songs to about 6 finalists.

Those 6 Finalists we will upload their songs to Spreaker and whoever has the most plays for their song by the final deadline wins!!!
