Hip hop producer and Author Rory Bressler releases a book that chronicles his personal journey of cheating death and turning tragedy into triumph, "A Story of Struggle".

SYNOPSIS
Spiritual Awakening. After seeing the heaven's gates, my spiritual side of me, came from deep inside of me. Me and the Lord, came together and the fight that I've been battling, for 15 years, was finally over because I finally see the light. I knew the Word of God was true , and this is something I will never forget. I seen my self die, and come back to life. To me, it was very scary. I'd never been that scared in my whole life, and I've seen a lot happen, so I hope my story really reaches out to people who have struggled, in any type of way. All these 34 years of my life, dealing with the struggles I've been dealing with, my whole life. I've always asked my self, "Why do I have to deal with all this pain?" That's when I have to pray to the Lord, and ask Him, and He answers in His own way. Goals I have in the next five years; Goals I have, is to tell my story and reach out to 1.5 million people and change lives, see the change in peoples eyes. Become a better man, and be the best father in the world. To show the world, nothing can stop me from living, that only God can judge me. Pray to eat better and gain weight, keep going with my music. "Rory, has been doing music for 13 years, and I've had dreams of helping others, and never gave up, he wants to teach kids to never give up on there dreams, no matter what comes there way in life."

Producer Spotlight: Be Chap Beats

Get familiar with rising young music producer BE CHAP BEATS below.  Be Chap gives us a little background into his history and the "man behind the beats".  Read all about it!
I’m 26 years old and I go by “Be Chap”. I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in The Recording Arts from Full Sail University.
I’ve been listening to music since I was a toddler. The first tune I ever remember hearing is Beethoven’s “Fur Elise” as I was getting my hair cut at a Cartoon Cuts. I was only 3 years old but remember the piano in the song and I still do.
I was in the 6th Grade when I started taking Guitar lessons. From the first day on, music became my passion. By the time I was 16, I was already making beats. My first experience making beats, I downloaded a free trial of Fruity Loops and started producing music on the computer… That was an awesome experience and moment in my life.
I made a few beats at that time, but never followed through or tried to get a placement. Ever since, I’ve always continued to make an effort to expand my music knowledge and the various different types of music in the world.
One habit of mine was to always try to listen to new bands or a new artist who was affiliated with a bigger artist, mostly ones I never heard of. I stopped making beats for a while and just had fun with life, friends and school. I graduated from high school and shortly thereafter heard about Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL (Orlando area). I read about its curriculum and how one of its Degrees was on Music and The Recording Arts. I visited the campus and I was sold on the spot. The school had $250 Million worth of recording and video equipment on campus… it was jaw dropping!! The University had classes on subjects which I never envisioned such as an EQ, Compressor, Limiter, Mixing and Mastering, etc. A very satisfying achievement was receiving a Pro Tools Certification while at Full Sail.
After graduating, I finally landed an internship, a paying one at that, in Symerna Beach, FL. It was an up and coming recording studio on Cocoa Beach, but didn’t have a lot of business. Although the studio wasn’t very busy, I was very fortunate the Studio Owner allowed me to be the Assistant Engineer for Two Full Sessions. Additionally, I had the privilege of Mixing and Mastering both sessions as well. My internship was very valuable and gave me a real feel and jump started my experiences in the industry. My internship ended and shortly thereafter, I decided to get serious about making beats and go into business for myself. So here I am, making beats for a living. Ever since I made the decision to go for it, I haven’t stopped or looked back. Not only do I love making beats, I love Mixing and Mastering.

The gratifying pleasure of making music sound really good is one of the greatest feelings I’ve ever experienced and will hope to experience the feeling for the rest of my life.

THE 86 movie coming soon to Venezuelan Theaters FEB. 24th!

The action movie THE 86 (Los Ochoseis in Spanish) is finally set to open in Venezuelan theatres by February 24th, 2017. The film will first open in the capital city of Caracas to later move onto the rest of the South American country with the potential to be also shown in neighboring countries as informed by one of his producers, actor Carlos Antonio Leon.
Leon says this film is the effort of “three amigos” (actor and producer Thomas Piedra, Financier David DaSilva and Leon) who put together a business plan to shoot this film without any financial help from CNAC (Venezuela’s movie funding entity). “It is very difficult because of the economic situation of Venezuela” says Leon. “We had to do miracles in order to stay afloat given the merciless instability of the Venezuelan currency compared to the dollar, but we made it. It was one of the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do in order to shoot a film; this was definitely a learning experience for all of us” ends Leon.
The film is directed by Javier Mujica, an ardent fan of Guy Ritchie’s style, and a very passionate supporter of the action genre. “The 86 however is different from those Ritchie’s films given that our film shows warmer and brighter colors in contrast with Ritchie’s English greys. But I stuck to the action similar to that of Ritchie’s, one of the best directors in the business” The 86 premiered at the Venezuelan Film Festival in New York City to rave responses and won the Audience Choice Award at ELCO Film Festival in Venezuela. The film (inspired by a true story) narrates the story of “Chino” (Ernesto Ceballos) and his brother “Cachito” (Erik Ronso), leaders of the gang “The 86” and its terrorizing activities around the city of Caracas in the mid 80’s. In a way, the film illustrates the decomposition of a society that later deepened into a social and economic collapse. “This was part of the beginnings that later brought us to the actual chaos we are living in Venezuela” Says Piedra.
The cast includes Leon as “Casanova,” Piedra as “Paco,” Martha Tarazona as “Yessenia,” Malena Gonzales as “La Llona,” Marco Alcala as “Diogenes,” Maria Elena Infantino as “Juana,” Laureano Olivares as “Terminator,” Jose Roberto Diaz as “Don Gato,” and Carlos Madera as “Negrin” among others.
