Jay Fresko "Slow Down"
The only thing that will need to slow down is the number of times you’ll hit replay on “Slow Down”. This joint is coming from Florida’s own Jay Fresko, from his upcoming mixtape The Product Vol. 1. Jay takes a play from the 80’s play book using the beat from the old school jam of the same name from the group LOOSE ENDS.
The intro reminds you of the Biggie Smalls “Juicy” scenario when asking a hard-core gangster rapper to bust a rhyme over a catchy hook. That is just what Jay did with a strong beat and engaging rhythm and this song can just take you away. The well-shaped melody definitely gives you something to groove to while the vocals are distinctive and rich, the lyrics are clever and fun.
Jay Fresko is definitely one to watch out for. One thing is for sure, you'll been be singing Mr. Fresko's slow down. It appears he is on a the fast track up the charts!
